Title: Email/phone contact to change direct debit details

Good morning
Does anyone know the contact details so that I can change my direct debit payments for my Suma and also my taxes at the Ayuntamiento ?  Ive changed my water, elec and urb fees over to my Wise account so just need to do these others then I can close my Sabadell. Muchas gracias

Apologies for thread drift but does anyone know which ATMs in GA you can use your Wise green card at preferably fee free, whilst we just tap at most places occasionally a little cash is required?
