Title: Car Insurance Spain

Probably covered before but would be grateful for any recommendations for a car insurance brokers and also someone to handle change of car ownership as thinking of buying a car to use in GA.

Hi Kevin, I hope all's well.

I would recomend Linda Rowland in Santa Pola. I always found her prices to be very competitive, I might have been able to save 10 or 20 euros a year by shopping around but I doubt that I would have received better service.

When I had questions about insurance it was easy to nip into Lindas office and have the questions answered. When I had a car crash, my fault, and wrote the car off Linda was absolutely brilliant in reading letters from the courts and telling me what to do.....luckily when taking out the insurance i had followed Lindas advice and taken out Legal Support, it was invaluable.

If you buy a car from someone like Frank at FWR cars, I know several people who bought cars from him, they all received excellent service both before and after the sale, he will take care of the transferof ownership.

I use Alphonso at the life resort for all my insurances.  Very helpful chap with perfect English.
