In case anyone else hasn't received a water bill. When we came out after 18months we hadn't received any Hidraqua bills since end 2019, despite the direct debits still being taken out.
Turns out that we didn't have our NIF number on the bill (never noticed) and since 2020 they wont send a bill without having it. One way to ensure you contact them!

I set up an online account with Hidraqua and you can download the statements , previous to this we never had mailed statements, never knew why, do now though.
