Title: I miss Grannet

Anyone else miss Grannet?
They always provided me excellent service.
Now with Avatel and so far waited over one week to have them reply
a mail :-(

between Garnet and Avatel there have been 2 other companies
Each time it was passed on it got worse for customer service

Just what is wrong with this company having registered for the full package they came and fitted a complete system only to say they had no tv boxes because they had changed to a new system but did not know when they would get them only sometime in  the new year but no guarantee despite that they still wanted to charge me for everything until they got them. do they think we all are stupid, i declined but when i said if they could not order the boxes before then i would go to another tv service the said please yourself what an attitude bring back grannet
