Title: Property Insurance

Just a thought......it might be worth checking your property and contents insurance for the length of time the property being unoccupied you agreed to, in the unfortunate happens and you have to make a claim you may find it refused if you exceeded the number of days specified.

Good point John - thanks for the heads up
I have e-mailed our broker as our casa could well be empty for more than 12 months due to the present situation.
