There seems to be a lot of new markers and tracks and a few roads around the land opposite have market. They have even built a nice looking play area at the very bottom, but it’s still all fenced off.

Looks like kerb edging for new roads going in for construction of more houses ,working their way down Noruega

Walking around by the clot today and up past Med 3, there looks like at least 2 roads being built there . I also noticed a bulldozer lower down in that area near clot boundary so may be clearing for a third road.

Seems a very large amount of houses being built, hope they don't have school age children as the local school is too small at present with loads of temporary classrooms.

I also hope the sewage and water systems can cope!
