Does anyone know if you do need a Spanish bank account if you own a property in Spain or can you do all the standing orders from A U.K. Account?

You will need a Spanish account.

As a EU member it should be ok with an account from another EU member. I say should cause I've only heard nightmare stories from people who have tried.
