Need help with padron...
Can we do it in Oficina Municipal de Gran Alacant?

Hi Marinero, yes you can. No appointment necessary but sometimes there is a queue as they do other bits of officialdom in the same office. They are very helpful; I can't quite remember what documentation you need but at a minimum it's passport / ID, NIE and I used a copy of my SUMA receipt as proof of address.
