Hi Kevin,

Just looked at the latest invoice email, but it comes from a noreply address and in the email it tells you to contact them via the Virtual Office if you need assistance, as Dave says, doesn't seem to be any other option.

Thanks, I contacted them to set up my online access and they requested various info like NIE number, their email came from no reply mailbox so I tried filling in contact form but this time its having none of it, wants a bill reference which I don't have and a phone number which it won't accept, drives me round the twist.

Doesn't ask for contract number, but will only accept a Spanish mobile number obviously!  Or you can call them on 900 210 100 Monday to Friday from 8.00 am until 9.00 pm without interruption.
