Title: short term rentals

after 13 years we have put our house in Gran Alacant up for sale as we are only using it about 7 weeks per year - however we love the area and would still love to visit for long weekends and a longer period once a year - does anyone do this type of rental please ?

We had a few days at the Golf Resort near the airport earlier this year after we sold our place in GA
It was about €50 a night for a lovely two bedroom apartment over looking the golf course

I think whether to sell up is a yearly thought for many non res owners. There is always the balance between use and left empty for months on end. I personally would be happy with 7 weeks use a year. Our worse year was just 4 weeks.

Never done less than 6 weeks and about 5 or 6 weekends. Now my 3 kids their partners and first Grandchild are using it.

The best family investment I have ever made!
