Title: Plannned Development Altomar 2

Has anyone seen the plans for land off Calle Monte de Santa Pola? Basically all the land in front of A tu gusto / Dunbars.

Says one plot educational and other administrative institutional. Plot of land where current town hall is to be developed as a hotel.

This has been on the drawing/discussion board for a few years now, part of it is for a second school for the area and the other for a relocated town hall/library etc. It will be interesting to see if it gets built quicker than the golf course  ;D

I would have thought that before anyone considers building a hotel in GA some work should be done to eliminate the stink of sewage that often blights many parts of the urbanization. This problem would put a lot of people off.

Totally agree Kevinb, we live near the bottom swimming pool and the smell from drains in the street is horrendous, we can even smell it on our roof top solarium, it would be better if the Administration concentrated in this rather than portaloos on the swimming pool area, which to us means more smell!!
