Title: The joys of Banco Sabadell

We like many others have after several years of mergers and acquisitions ended up not by choice at Banco Sabadell, ive just noticed a non resident charge of 37€ , the account since opening 11 years ago with halifax spain has had 3 account holders, myself the wife and our daughter this arrangement was purely for ease in that whoever was in GA could access debits etc, 11 years on and 3 banks later with the daughter emigrating to Australia ive been charged 3 times x 37 for each account holder,which with previous banks we weren't.
How do i get an account holder removed when i rang sabadell they said just pop into GA branch or if not in spain the branch in London neither of which are very practical,  has anyone done anything similar at sabadell?
