Title: General rubbish around Puerto Marino main rubbish bins by Fosters Hollywood, Lidl, JYSK area and all

I couldn't believe my eyes when going to dispose of rubbish this morning at the bins by Fosters Hollywood what a disgusting mess; bin bags thrown on the ground as people can't be bothered to open the rubbish bin lids, furniture left, broken chairs, broken glass absolutely disgraceful I feel very sorry for the people who live down that area of Finlandia and also the restaurants not a pleasant sight, we even see people parking their cars getting out with their dog letting it defecate and leaving the mess in situ and then driving off,  have people no pride.  There are all nationalities do this so I am not being specific.  Some of the furniture could have been given to charity, The Easy Horse Care Rescue Centre shop by Dialprix even collect for free FGS, there is no need to do this.  I attach a few photos for you to view. What possesses people to behave in this way
It seems that the I don’t care attitude is on the way up

Throwing rubbish on the floor appears to be the norm now even when a bin is probably closer than the floor

Disgraceful for sure. But a note to say I use those particular bins all the time, and have never, ever seen them in that state. I can only assume that entire load was one big fly-tip. I am not saying they are always perfect, they are not, but I have never seen them that bad.

Always a problem.  There are people who send small children to the bin who can't lift the lid, & some who do a drive by with rubbish hanging from the wing mirror.  In both instances, the rubbish ends up outside the bin.
I would like to say I knew how to solve the problem, but this tale suggests otherwise.
I saw a guy struggling with armfulls of branches, & I challenged him about it.  He said nothing but turned away & walked off.  I went out, came back a couple hours later, & as I passed the bin, there was all his garden waste plus more, on the floor by the bin.
Moral?  If you challenge someone, be prepared to follow them home or stand guard for a long wait.

Hate to say it but this may well be the way it goes in the uk . Our local tip has now banned all vans and all diy waste and is about to charge for fridges etc I suspect I know where they will end up . Surely if you make the tip free to all for anything both here and in the uk people will use it
