No signs of any activity today, there’s no way it’ll be up and running for Easter

When does the Blue Monkey set up stall again ? We usually come over in June,September and October but thinking of May this year.

The beach bar was open today but no name on it so not sure if new operator, also had sun loungers in operation by the bar. It was packed on beach supplemented by 6 coach loads of school children on day out.
Problem was only one mobile toilet with massive queues!!

Are you talking about the Blue Monkey bar or the one further up towards Los Arenals ? I thought the Blue Monkey didn`t go up until May ish ??

The bar is in the spot normally occupied by Blue Monkey at end on ramps, but has no name on it that I could see so not sure if Blue Monkey is no more!

If it has changed hands it will follow a well trod path of bars closing down after several years. Nothing in GA lasts for long.

Down at bar today which was busy , behind bar were signs saying blue monkey and also had name on menus. So I assume still same owner but just not with big writing saying blue monkey, well not yet!
