Title: Paint
Post by: puddy-woo on February 07, 2018, 14:05.: Hi we are coming over to paint our kitchen cupboards. I am a big fan of Little Green and Farrow and Ball in the UK. Does anyone know of a similar make in Espana and where to get it? Thanks

Post by: John H on February 10, 2018, 12:27.: One of our friends had a company from Santa Pola remove all her internal doors, took them away and returned and refitted them two days later sprayed white, the finish was absolutely superb. They painted all the architraves on site, made the house look a lot more modern

If I could work it how to get them off (the grilles) without using a Dremmel I would !!

Post by: BeachLife on February 12, 2018, 22:11.: Hi PW - did you put new doors on ? We have the blue “MASA” doors and they don’t have that detailed edge. The door looks like it has a coloured vinyl veneer or foil. I don’t think paint would adhere durably to mine

The darker grey doors were two different paints, a bottom grey coat with an acrylic sheen coat on top, making them look a bit foil/silver like. A new paint affect as shown to me by the lady in the paint shop. I showed her a picture of what we had and she helped with correct paint, put back the roller I chose and got me a different one She asked if we were from GA so I guess she’s helped others before me.
