Title: Logging on

Not very techno-savvy.  Got a new phone, & long since not used my login & password.  Every time I try to set the forum up on it , it tells me wrong characters in user name (tried all the combinations) & I can't remember, & it won't let me sort my password out.  It tells me it's sent an email, but I don't get it..???.?.???...????

Hi Mike, from the device you can log on with go to "Profile" and then "Account Settings" and amend your password........that should sort it for you.........hopefully!!

Thanks John.  Afraid that requires current password, which I can't remember!
