Hi Peter, from my laymans knowledge our property tax   Is calculated using;
Build size of property
Classification of the land
Size of the plot
Services received.

The classification of the land in GA gives it a much lower value than that in SP

A reclassification of the land in GA will give it a higher value and therefore a higher taxation level.

The increase taxation will help SP pay the €3,000,000 costs they will probably have to pay for dragging their ars*s on new developments that building companies and banks have invested in
