Title: Anyone on Novamar

The Summer season is here.
If you have anyone disturbing your nights sleep security is on hand.
I've only ever had to call them once, a rowdy crowd taking a dip at 3.00am, the guards were on the scene within a minute

Just purely out of interest...how are these guards funded?
Is it out of the community charges? are they paid per visit or are on hand anyway,getting paid per shift?
Just being nosy :)

Out of community charges.....7 Novamar phases, say 200 houses on each its 1400 owners sharing the cost....not a lot to pay each for peace and quiet
They patrol the phases through the "quiet hours" and take action as required

Sounds a bit over the top to me, will they have the power to check you live on the urb and search you for portable ghetto blasters, and will they be able to stop little dogs yapping which is the most annoying noise to me.
