Apparently it is to do with contracts for uniforms and equipment not being delivered, although paid for, between 2012 and 2017.....

The Head of Policia Local in Santa Pola is the brother of the Santa Pola Mayor Miguel Zaragoza and also brother of the head of the Policia Local of Elche, Cesar Zaragoza.
