Been looking everywhere to buy prosecco but cant find any, found lambrusso in lidl but not the same thing. Anyone seen it anywhere please ?

What's the difference between Prosecco and good Cava ? My palate isn't sensitive enough to tell the difference !

Because prosecco has less units of achohol in it and I am trying to downsize   :(

Only about 1% difference in the alcohol content so just drink a little less.

We like our prosecco and cava and believe i could just about taste the difference especially at the cheaper end where cava is normally that little bit harsher. That said we drink loads when in spain. Our favourite is a lidl bottle which is occasionally a special offer, but even at normal price its less than 3 euros.

We bought some a few weeks ago from AlCampo down in Zenia Boulevard.

Thanks Goldfish, went to El Campo in Alicante but they didn't have any, ended up going to Roger's Bar and he sold me a few bottles.

We've noticed the AlCampo down in Zenia Boulevard stocks more that the Plaza Mar store - could be that Zenia is in a more broad nationality area

We found it in the little supermarket above Carabassi casas...not cheap though compared to the Cava

Off topic, but following on from the mention of Al Campo by Le Roy Merlin, I noticed their petrol was 10 centimos a litre cheaper than the self service in GA
