Title: iberdrola elec bill

For 12 years i have viewed & printed my bill on line via email & clicking on link provided. However now i can see the bill but cannot print it.  There used to be an icon with printer option, or i could press file and click print.  But it does not print the bill it justs prints out a custormer service info. Does anyone know how to print the full 3 page bill.

Hi Ian, I received notification of my latest bill this week.
I always print mine straight from my phone, I just tap the icon at the bottom left of the screen as shown on the attached, that takes me to a screen where I tap the print option and hey presto, the jobs a good 'un (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170304/6104cd8e96b3141d0059f9dce1a0b604.png)

thanks, but i use my desktop pc so no good tapping it.

hi john just figured it out ....used the link for adobe acrobat reader to view & print bill.
