Title: Gran Alacant Lawyer

I guess if we're gonna buy a house in Gran Alacant, we'll need a lawyer?
Does anyone have any recommendations?
I've heard the name Andrea Burns mentioned. Does anyone have any experience of her practice. Is she any good/reliable?

Susana de la Rosa, solicitor@spanish-legal.com office is Altomar opposite the market. Much better service than can expect from solicitor in Uk. Nothing too much trouble.

Andrea Burns...brilliant..speaks 6 languages..and  has dealt with all my legalitys for 12 years.

There have also been some shocking ones over the years thankfully most have now gone elsewhere, the same as estate agents some right cowboys in the past.I think if any business can survive in GA for 10 years or more they must be doing something right

I haven't bought it yet. Just want to get some advice first from a legal expert. Heard too many stories of how people rushed in and ended up losing money.
