Title: Building license for swimming pool etc

Does anyone know how much a licence for installing a swimming pool and construction work in your own property costs ??and how long they take to get. Also were do you need to apply for it.

The constructor of your pool or other works would be able to advise, bearing in mind the size, type of work etc etc. He would apply for it at the Town Hall in Santa Pola.
