Title: Life on Tabarca in 1947

Fantastic old footage.

It must have been very tough.

The mainland looks like a desserted island when the cameraman looks across to the cabo.

Looked tough - good old Franco !!

Great find though John, really showed how it was then. Wonder if they had a electricity supply then ?

Cheers Rich. I doubt if they had electricity, if they had I reckon there would have been an electric water pump.

Its disgusting that 70 years later we've left the sea floor off Santa Pola looking like this

Looks a decent way offshore ...as  you say really bad
