Title: EU Roaming charges to end............but it is a bit more complicated.

Last year the EU voted for mobile roaming charges to end by the end of 2015 but mobile companies are going to put limits to usage and a surcharge to those going over these limits. What the limits are is , as yet ,  not known.

So it is a bit more complicated.............but hopefully better news for all EU travellers using their phones in other countries.

3 will be adding Spain to there Feel at Home programme from 1st -April so you can use your minutes as if you are still in UK, the internet allowance is good as well so I hear.

I think the limits will be to stop people downloading massive amounts but will keep an eye on the result of meetings this week.

If they drop the charges by 100% it will save me about £10 a year!!

Free Wifi, Viber and What's App.........who's paying......

I will be getting 4G of data a month, which is adequate for most needs, I am moving the wife over to 3 in the near future.

My wife was never that keen when i suggested having 3. I did try roaming once but the young lady who collects the traffic data on the 332 bought me back.
