Was sorry to learn that Sandhills has closed.  A firm fav of my family for many years for a quick decent cheap meal when we didnt want to cook but didnt want to get ourselves ready to go out either.  Will miss it but believe it has been taken over by Spanish so hopefully some decent tapas down the hill. Also Brothers has been taken over.

Brothers does a great breakfast with perfect eggs from 10am.

The currys were good too. IIRC there was another restaurant in El Altet.

Your right tony back in the boom days the original owners had 2 outlets, lovely guy who last owned the carabasi eaterie had been trying to sell for some time, the business was one of the few down there that made any money.
