Yes, this was well under construction when we were up at the lighthouse in May, at the time the two legs were in place with the corner section, as per the photo, sitting on the ground waiting for some brave lads to put it in place - which was always going to be interesting as it is quite literally sitting over the cliff face.

On the list for a walk when we are next there. There is also another part which goes straight out over the edge for a bit, will be a great viewing platform as it points straight at Tabarca.

Worth the trek, a nice bit of engineering, it's shorter than I expected but some fantastic views

We walked up there and it was shut. We parked up past Brisamar (I think thats what its called) - till u cant drive anymore and come back on yourself!!and walked through a dirt track following some other folk until we came across it.

Hi,

You have the choice of either going to the top of Escandanavia and walking across to the lighthouse as Puddy Woo has done, or driving via the N332. If you go this way, I think you will need to go to the first junction for Santa Pola and turn around to come back on the N332 towards GA then turn right onto the service road signposted Faro. If memory serves, you can't turn left across the N332 (solid white lines).

Thinking of going up tomorrow which way is best up to the end of the road or turn off the n332?

Hope it's worth it!!!!

Off the 332 virtually takes you to it.......Dave Bull and I nicknamed it Eddie, it's the Eddie The Eagle Edwards of sky walks

Got up there yesterday the engineering is great but it's a missed opportunity it could have gone out a lot further and maybe gone back to the land rather than just end

Could have been like the Grand Canyon skywalk

Don't think there's Grand Canyon budgets available, & if there were, I can hear the çomplaints about what they spend loud & clear.
