Town hall pays ... or rather (probably) their insurance.

Just last month had a cheque in the post for 17,000 Euros for a fall in the street. Unable to work 3 months, damages to a computer etc.

Ultimately we all pay either through increased taxation, or through reduced services.  I remember this & thought it had died in the water.
Wonder how the compensation total compares with revenue from sale of licences?????
