Electric Water Boiler

Could anyone suggest someone to service our electric water heater, turned up at our house in GA and its not heating. Think the element has failed,  any suggestions gratefully received.

I use Patrick Walden  626770847.
He changes the anode and cleans ,descales the boiler, I use him every 3 years.
Excellent worker and value, I paid 70 euros

Had new Ariston water heater installed on the same day we phoned Patrick, some good advice from him re servicing it every three  years, also when you arrive at your holiday home flush the stale water out of the pipes, run all taps and flush toilets as it possible  for bacteria to multiply in the pipes and cause stomach problems. Was lucky to get 19 years service  out of the old unit considering it had been neglected.
