Amazon Firestick

Does anyone know if you can use an Amazon Firestick from the uk in Spain? Not especially bothered by bbc iPlayer and things just wondered what would actually work.

Yes you can, you will find some programs not available but also some different ones. It’s the only tv we have whilst in Spain. Got Netflix, prime and bee tv on our firestick out there.

Fab thanks. Will I need a VPN or will it just work with slightly different content?

We have found there is more to watch on Netflix than Prime. Prime’s home page is the same as here in the U.K. but most shows won’t play in Spain, where as Netflix’s homepage only shows  what you can watch. With some shows that you don’t get to see in the U.K. We don’t have a VPN.

The more four app works on my android phone when in Spain. It's the only one that works for me when abroad. I suspect it would also work on firestick abroad. Only thing that doesn't work on more four app  is live TV section. .
