following the cancellation of my Ryanair flight scheduled for 14th April returning 30th April, I requested a refund as per their procedure. I subsequently had confirmation of the refund request. To day I have received an email from Ryanair offering me a travel voucher. If you still want a refund the email instructs you to click "here" which then take you to 3 pages of instructions on how to use the travel voucher. Anyone else having similar problems  getting a refund from Ryanair. I have more flights booked for July so I am assuming I will have the same issues then
