I have tried the Phone number about 10 times but it just rings but is never answered

Hi, don't know that name but are you by any chance thinking of Bluemoon Solutions who used to be based in GA? Still very much active and serving the whole area including GA, if so you can contact them via the website https://www.bluemoonsolutions.es/

I have used their services a few times to dig me out a hole, successfully of course.

No its not Blue Moon its the computer repair company which used to be at La Marina but has closed down and relocated to Gran Alacant
