This is a well discussed topic on forums, i fitted mine nearly 20 years ago a 2.4 fammaval dish on the roof, you see quite a few of these around GA. In all these years ive run through a sky box which arent the best for reception but suits my purpose, but size does matter because we get a signal 24/7 all year round. And when the signal changes or moves slightly then a quick adjustment using your meter and your back on, no 50 euro fee on my roof for 3 minutes work. Many smaller dishes have failed over the years so buying small you take your chances. Best 400 euros ive spent in Spain.
