Hi Had an E-Mail from the admin regarding the painting (i Think}
Unable to open it , has any body else had this problem

Is this about the Altomar 2 urb, still unable to open mine. A lot of residents are very unhappy about the costs. When the proposal for painting was voted on last year I asked what the cost would be and was told, in the meeting, that it would be thirty euros extra per quarted while it was being saved up for.  We were grossly misinformed to say the least.
The management omitted to say that payments would be taken on a quota system, this is a percentage based system which is directly linked to your urbanisation fees. Your urbanisation fees are also directly linked to when your place was built and what you were told they were going to be at the time. As mine was one of the last built I am paying between sixty and seventy euros more per quarter as opposed to the thirty euros per month more that the first apartments built are paying, with others in between. NOT amused.  There are people trying to collect votes(for owners who wont be at the meeting) to vote to have this idea scrapped and possible even a change of management because of the way its been handled and implemented.

We've had our place on Altomar 2 for 15 years and have seen Administrators come and go , to our minds, Gestifinc have been the best, they have collected more fees than previous Administrators. We think that it's the President and the Committee who are the problem, after all the Administration can only act on what the President agrees to, in the case of the painting of properties as we believe , it is a legal obligation for this to be done, so Gestifinc are trying to make this happen.
We are amazed that you never get contact information e.g. e-mail or phone details for the President Or the Committee, other Urbanisations are given those details.
We like many, have painted our property, 3 times so far in our case, interestingly, the Presidents property has never been painted, good example to us all, not. The exterior walls when newly built are porous, and the builder told us that they  should be painted within 6 months of habitation, that is why when it rains, those properties that have not been painted turn that nasty orange colour .

We have been able to open the email(with the help of our Grandaughter)
Basically it is all about 2017,nothing about  this years AGM

With regard to the forthcoming Alt 2 meeting on Saturday, all community payments in Spain are worked out on your co-efficient (ie your property's percentage of each phase that you are on and this percentage is also detailed on your escritura) so every property is different and it is illegal to just do a flat fee (unless it has been previously voted for at an EGM)!

All fees were clearly stated, by individual bungalow, on last year's minutes (Appendix 2).
