If only it was true i would be owed Thousands as would most people who had a mortgage with the sol bank in the last 10 years. The real story is not 1 person in Spain has ever had a penny back from any bank for this And to make it worse the Sol bank were told by the courts to remove this ceiling from all there Mortgages (4 banks were taken to court over this and lost there case The other 3 removed this from all there Mortgages but not Sol bank to this day they still Havent done anything.
