Best Paella in Alicante?

We spent the day in Alicante on Monday, visiting the old quarter and the castle.  For lunch we chanced upon Rosa's et Quo Vadis in Plaza Santisima Faz.  This restaurant prides itself on their paella, so it was sampled by our friends who agreed it was certainly the best they had eaten for a long time.  Lovely friendly staff and delicious tapas.  Another one on our go-back-to list.
