The doctors don’t speak English, Alfie’s not eaten for three days because the food here at Alicante General Hospital is awful

Have some sympathy, that poor boy has ADHD as well :'( haha. He even has ASC and I don't even know what that is, I expect it makes him a pain in the arse. At least the taxi firms seemed to profit... joke of a story.

I believe ASC is a variety of autism.  Don´t belleve that having that and ADHD should justify writing him off as a "pain in the arse".  But as for the parents...
