Just to give a massive shout out to Erik who has overhauled our air con system . He came out to deal with a particular problem with one unit and ended up sorting out all of the units ( at my request) . His work is meticulous and the price was great . Didn’t realise out air on could also heat rooms. We have spent 6 years freezing in our apartment in winter while we waited for little oil filled radiators to heat up !!
Would highly recommend 👍

Have been informed that we have a damp problem that has developed in our basement possibly due to the heavy rains a few weeks ago. This will necessitate me flying back from Britain to sort out but would be nice to at least have someone to contact once back as we do not personally know of any English speaking companies/workman that may be of any help - any recommendations at all please...........

Still in GA, this must be the quietest we've ever seen GA, quite a novelty, had high winds the last few days but have gone now. Had a drink at The Pub at the Masa Square last night for a couple of hours and we were the only customers.
