As I understand it flexicable acquired gran net.
Anyone have an email address to flexicable that works?
The info@ just bounces.

Unfortunately not fro me. Tried from 2 different accounts. Get a reply with "could not be delivered to franroman@flexicable.es". Guess that´s the adress hiding behind the info@

I noticed people at the office the other day trying to get some help, office in darkness all shut up. I know grannet have a few forum fans but they do seem a complete shower as a reliable internet provider.

Got in touch as well with them.
For me Gran Net have worked well over the years.
What's been an issue is when you need to talk to
them due to invoicing issues. Judging by the comments on FB it's the same with Flexicable.

Nothing but trouble with flexicable. They told us they’ll pass info on to technician and call us back then put the phone down before asking our no!!! I have paid up until October, have a very unhappy person staying at apartment and still no internet since Saturday. I think theres another bank holiday looming? so another day lost -god knows. I’ll be looking elsewhere. To top it all they are rude

We had similar issues when we were out recently, we are in Med 1. Our neighbor had called flexicable who sent engineers out who Advised that all the wiring on complex was not good enough to cope with signals!
Anyway they sent a team that of engineers out and put all those who had called on fiber optic which is supposed to solve any issues with signals etc. there was a team of5/6 including orange telecom engineers and issues seem to have been sorted so far.

We got put onto the fibre a couple of weeks ago, so far it’s been excellent. We’re in Panorama.

No charge, it depends on wether fibre available in your area but call in o ring them, best calling in to office as you can pin them down to a time to call.
