Hi Kevin, heart attack????Hi John, Had heart attack last Friday in the early hours, was rushed to Basildon Cardio Centre for emergency operation to fit stent followed by five day hospital stay getting my heart to beat properly, completely taken by surprise and very tireing

A Prime Minister resigned. The £ plummeted. The FTSE 100 lost significant ground. President Obama decided we wouldn't be at the 'back of the queue' after all and that our 'special relationship' was still strong. The French President confirmed the Le Touquet agreement would stay in place. The President of the European Commission stated Brexit negations would be 'orderly' and stressed the UK would continue to be a 'close partner' of the EU. A big bank denied reports it would shift 2,000 staff overseas. The CBI, vehemently anti-Brexit during the referendum campaign, stated British business was resilient and would adapt. Several countries outside the EU stated they wished to begin bi-lateral trade talks with the UK immediately. If this was the predicted apocalypse, well, it was a very British one. It was all over by teatime. And myself and 16 million other UK residents have just been stripped of our EU citizenship against our will overnight. A good prime minister has just resigned (quite rightly) and there's turmoil in Scotland again. I can't help but feel incredibly sad.

I knew Gove and Co were telling lies about money for the NHS
I voted against a European state.
I voted against a European gravy train wasting millions a year
I voted against an organisation that lets China dump below cost steel on us at the expense of our workers jobs and our own steel industry
I voted against a bureaucracy that can't agree itself on how to deal with a mass migration influx
I voted against a bureaucracy that supports a doomed currency that has already spelt heartbreak and poverty for a lot of Southern Europe
The list could go on.
The decision has been made
It's now time to move on

All the sales on our community in the last year have been to buyers from within the Eurozone.
The much predicted, but yet to be seen big drop in the value of sterling v the euro might be the ideal time for some to sell at a discounted price if they wish to head back to the uk.

No PM, no Labour Party left Nicola sturgeon saying she may overrule the referendum in the Scottish Parliament David Lammay saying we should overrule it in a vote at Westminster . Boris is saying nothing and the EU are encouraging us to invoke clause 50 which makes it out in 2 years and cannot be reversed but at present no one has the guts to do it ..

Just saw on the bbc a labour mp who stated that as a parliamentarian he will vote against leaving the eu irrespective of the referendum result because he believes the people are wrong. Apparently the referendum was also now according to some only advisory and the result not necessarily binding. Who said democracy was alive clearly not in some labour constituencies.
so if I understand correctly (a) the letter to Brussels is in the post but there might be a postal delay of some months (or years) and (b) but if Brussels decide this is undemocratic, art. 7 of the Treaty gets involved. Or in other words, England gets bumped out.
I suppose that is what Merkel meand when she said to go slow ...

Thats the clever thing article 50 came in 2009 and has not been used yet by any country. The detail in article 50 is really lacking with specifics on time scales etc, it is clearly open to interpretation which no doubt people on opposing sides will claim is the correct way forward. Clearly some eu countries are jealous of the uk being such a prosperous country and would take great pleasure in seeing us go under. Hopefully Britain will now unite and show the doomsayers we dont give in.
Ian Peisleys son already recommended everyone to take out an Irish passport, Scotland seems to be heading for the exit, and London seems quite ... uneasy.
I am sure (!) the EU court will have an opinion on art. 50 - after all, London has submitted to its jurisdiction :-)
So people vote to get out - and then we get "but we wait". Not really democratic, is it? (and no, not saying what I personally voted). Only see from the brexiters are serie of "we voted because we are againts ..." and never "because positively" ...

Naturally, the early days will be a bit bumpy, but we’ll soon ride it out.
I was in Italy last week and every single person I talked to was jealous of us.
Some of the comments from the remain camp have been so embarrassing. Especially from the youth who think that the older generation have sold them out and ruined their future….Why?
The future belongs to the young and they can shape it any way they like. They just need to get off their playstations and do something about it.
They need to remember that plenty 18 year olds went ‘over the top’ to certain death so that these ungrateful lot can moan.
As for Jimmy Krankie wanting Scotland to remain as a separate entity. Spain & France have already poured cold water on that little idea. There’s the small problem of the Basques wanting the same!
Sturgeon has now lost two referendums and is still moaning. I think she hasn’t quite grasped the whole idea of democracy.
We voted to leave the EU because the politicians wouldn’t listen to ordinary people. Now that we’re leaving, they’re still not listening.
Jeremy Hunt is now talking about a deal with Europe which could include freedom of movement.
The guy is truly deluded.
Bottom line……we voted………out won……deal with it….it’s called democracy!
