Does anybody have a contract with gran alacant tv  I want to have internet installed they offer two speeds 1 mega and 3 mega speed along with a all year round package and a holiday package, I am there for 8-9 months of the year so it looks like the all year package works out cheaper.

Can anybody offer any advise on the internet service you get and after service the company provides, any advise would be much appreciated.

Many Thanks
Paul

I get between 24-35 megabit with Grannet, you will struggle downloading films with those speeds.

We've been with GATV for around three years, very good service, great people to deal with, any issues I've had have been resolved in the day.
I have the "holiday package", I email them a couple of days before we come out and I am pleased to say that every time we have arrived at the house the tv/phone and Internet have been on and working.
I call into the office the day after we arrive and pay them, it's about €45 for the month......it's normally turned on for around 6 weeks

Regards all

John

I have had Gran Alacant TV,Internet only for 5 years.I pay €12.71 per month inc IVA.
The speed is about 1-2 MB with unlimited downloads.
I have never lost a connection and watch BBC I player,Sky Go and Filmon without a problem.
They have free installation at the moment on offer, found them to be excellent for customer service.
Ideal for WiFi around the house with 3-4 users at one time.
