4.2B Monte y Mar

We have or will shortly have a new admin and maintenance staff on 4.2b Monte y Mar, I have met our new president Ivan, he speaks English very well and is a policeman, a very nice guy. I tried my Spanish on him and he seemed to understand . I've been plugging away at Duolingo for two and a half years and though it's not ideal it enables me to read Spanish fairly well and try and communicate, it's free keeps the brain active.

We on 4.2A changed our administrators earlier this year.  Best thing we could have done.

Glad you have what sounds like a promising president there.

Hi Masmu, I think the admin get slack after a while, a new broom etc.

Dead right Kevin. We had had the same one from when the houses where first occupied 2005/2006.
