Principles are more important than a few Euros in tax Ian, I have the greatest of respect for those that put their beliefs above personal benefit

I don't think much will happen at all we are a net importer from the EU so the Spanish and others need out markets more than we need them also very unlikely they will do anything to put at risk their tourist market which is the main stay of the Spanish economy. This included the expat and overseas communities who contribute very highly into Spain .

The other important point is looking around the EU today there is a starting of other countries questioning their own EU membership the whole house of cars may collapse around them if they are not carefull

Haven't got an iPhone lol
I wanted to vote to come out ....my fear as I posted earlier is what the Spanish could and will probably do to not necessarily myself as I don't live out there but those who do ...health,Schools ect...has no worries for me ....but some of you it will possibly have a huge impact. ...watch this space ...hell has no fury for an expat when the Spanish economy hits a wall .

When you decide to take residency abroad you take the rough with the smooth, it's unfortunate to expats but its us residents in the UK that come first, personally I don't think expats in Spain will suffer, Spain needs them too much

Its the youngsters that have no national pride, I have been sickened by their petulance, also with a lot of them if you question immigration you are xenophobic .

Spain will remain a member until they get kicked out, they have been one of the biggest beneficiaries of the EU system, i do agree though that anybody wanting to stay IN the eu can always move.
