Does anyone know what the rules ar regarding motor cycle capacity allowance that yo can use with a UK car only driving licence.
I have a full motorcycle licence so I have never felt the need to check - but a friend is coming over soon and wants to rent one - can you go upto 125 cc in Spain on a car licence or would you need a UK CBT certificate to go with it ?
