I'd love to see a stone step welded too Tony! Thankfully they are metal steps so that should be a little easier to weld!!

Hi there, Steve Taylor, a local mobile mechanic does welding, his number is 61 000 46 98. Very decent guy, Ive not seen his welding but I can confirm that he's a cracking mechanic.

If Steve cant you could always try Mateu in El Altet, they did some metal work for me and did a cracking job............you'll need a little bit of Spanish though!!
