Any Local Flooding ?

Saw Madrid had terrible flooding the other day, hope our area didn't catch it. I regularly clean out our Solarium drain, given the diameter of the pipe I'm surprised it copes with deluges , on our phase we've had solarium flooding cause water ingression in the adjacent neighbours house so worth having a word with neighbours to make then aware of the situation.
