I’m a bit puzzled is this a recommendation of work undertaken, if only some work was there other work not that good and what work was good, I’m currently looking for a builder but genuinely confused?

I will clarify we are pleased with ALL the work completed - as shown (wall removed, breakfast bar and  lights) the other work was our solarium, which was retiled, wall capping and painting - good job, clean worker.
