chicken, onion, asparagus (cheap now ...), carrots (what would one be without them)
yoghurt
The herbs can be found in Mercadona or in Corte Inglés.
Everything cut up, 30 mins in the microwave and voilà .... you can pretend to everyone you can cook.
the pressure cooker is not really necessary as the Knorr package comes with a plastic bag suitable for the over, but still ...
