Ignorant bus passengers

Mainly the locals who seem to resent the English,but why will they not move up on the bus seats to allow people to sit down.Then when you ask them they are so grumpy,miserable gets.

same in uk on trains & buses, they like to put their shopping on the inside & sit on the outside seat & get grumpy when they have to rearrange their shopping bag.
