Yes have to agree with Mr Iron. You order from Euronics and arrange the plumber to come complete with your new boiler, after fitting they take your old one away, it’s quite a quick process.

I have a Gas Natural gas water heater that i no longer want in but trying to get them to come and take it out is like banging your head against a brick wall ! just totally ignore you ,am i within my rights to have it removed ,by a qualified gas engineer and replace it with electric ? gracias
